How to Request a Home Visit
- Requests for home visits should be made only if absolutely necessary on medical grounds and before 10.00am.
- Please try to attend the surgery if at all possible where most facilities required for your care are available.
- One of the Doctors or Nurse will speak to you to discuss your problem.
