GP Patient Survey 2026 Results
We are pleased to share the results of the 2026 GP Patient Survey, which show positive improvements in patient experience across several areas of our service.
We would like to thank all patients who took the time to complete the survey and provide valuable feedback. Your views help us understand what we are doing well and where we can continue to improve.
Highlights from the 2026 Survey
- 81% of patients reported a good overall experience of our practice.
- 79% reported a good experience of contacting the practice.
- 91% found our reception and administrative team helpful.
- 94% said their needs were met at their last appointment.
- 89% had confidence and trust in the healthcare professional they saw or spoke to.
- 91% felt they were treated with care and concern.
Over the past three years, we have also seen significant improvements in patient access:
- Telephone access increased from 53% in 2024 to 64% in 2026.
- Website access increased from 34% in 2024 to 48% in 2026.
- Overall experience of contacting the practice increased from 68% in 2024 to 79% in 2026.
While we are proud of these results, we remain committed to improving our services and patient experience even further.
