Waldron Health Centre building has been designed for disabled access. There is a dedicated disabled parking spaces within the car park (the car park is accessed via the rear entrance on Stanley St, SE8 4BG), access point at the reception desk and disabled toilets.
Clifton Rise Family Practice is on the first floor and is accessible by a lift from the main Waldron reception area on the ground floor. We request you to let us know if you need help as your disability may not be a visible one. We would also welcome any suggestions you may have in making your visit to the surgery easier.
